He gave me a policy more expensive than the one I activated but he said he could see on the system that I called and he promise to speak to his manager and drop the premium. I waited for his call for three weeks and he never called, I spoke to a different person every time I call and they all promised to call me back but never did, until I speak to Nicolar she promised she will listen to the calls and give me feedback that was two months back and I'm still waiting, she doesn't even bother replying to my mail.
