Cannot understand English!

I received an email saying they've scheduled an appointment to install that DQ track in my car. However I did not schedule an appointment. Furthermore, they have scheduled it at my parents house and I don't live there. I work during the day and I already told them that I cannot have them install something in my car in my company's parking lot because the company will not allow this. If they want it done, they must do it on a day that's convenient for me because I will not be taking leave to sort this out. Schedule an appointment after working hours, after 5pm Monday - Friday or on a Saturday. Please cancel the appointment as I did not agree to it.
