Cannot reach Discovery Insure's consultants in car theft department, no answer on phone, tried several times
Cannot reach the consultant(s) who are dealing with my car theft claim to extend the car hire period - just listen to music endlessly, no one in the department answers. I'm supposed to extend the car hire arrangement on a weekly basis. Extension has to happen tomorrow, but I cannot reach them to request this. Sent an e-mail, and just got an "out of office" reply. What on earth am I supposed to do? How is one to deal with such a lack of communication?

It solves my problem for tomorrow, but I still need to speak to a consultant, as the first consultant I spoke to, Lolo, explained how I could have the 30 days rental placed in two sections around my trip away.
I need to speak to someone in person, is that not possible?? There are more things to communicate to them.

It solves my problem for tomorrow, but I still need to speak to a consultant, as the first consultant I spoke to, Lolo, explained how I could have the 30 days rental placed in two sections around my trip away.
