Cannot get hold of them to re-open claim - dont answer phone or return emails

Discovery closed a claim of mine as I had trouble getting to the assessor to evaluate my car. I made another appointment and had my car assessed. i tried calling them 4 times on 2 different numbers and could not get through to anyone. I also emailed the agent twice and had no response.
