Cannot get hold of anyone

I have sent a bunch of emails regarding my current policy and I have not heard anything back from anyone. It makes me very nervous as this is a serious matter. Does Discovery not think that this is important enough to address? I cannot get hold of anyone no matter how hard I try, it is truly baffling.
