Cannot cancel my short term policy

For days now I have been informing Discovery that I would like to stop my insurance with them 28Feb 2021. They keep on telling me their retention department will phone me. Nothing I have asked your retentions contact details Nothing One of these days it will be to late to stop the debit order. I DEMAND THAT THE DEBIT ORDER BE CANCELLED TODAY
