Cannot cancel my policy for me

I phoned last week to cancel my policy and was told that they could not assist me but would get someone to call me back. What a load of *******! How can you not assist me to cancel my policy??? And surprise surprise, NO CALL BACK YET. Bad service from Discovery as usual.
