Cancelling insurance, but still awesome service

Just wanted to provide some feedback on a very pleasant experience. Called in to discovery call centre to cancel my insurance, but dreading the expected pushy agents that you get who would insist on trying to retain you. However I was extremely surprised by the brilliant vibe I got from Shamanie Pillar, who was very courteous and professional during the conversation. Thanks Shamanie for making the call a breeze, however still doing your job brilliantly.
