Cancelling a policy

I would like to compliment Tasmina Nair of the Retentions Department at the Sandton Branch of Discovery Insure, on the respectful manner in which she conducted our correspondence over the tricky issue of my wishing to cancel a policy. Her diplomacy in this matter is a credit to her, and I wish her all the best for her future.
