Cancelled policy but account debited, no reversal of funds 25 days in

I cancelled by Discovery insurance last month, this due to non payment of a claim, you would think that's the last of it but no

Beginning of this month Discovery debited by account with the premium even though this policy was cancelled, from 1st of month till now i have been struggling to get reversal of my money, between SharedValue brokers and Discovery my email communications are not responded to, every time i call I'm promised money will be cleared in 3-5 days, that's been the gospel since beginning of months

If you want to hold on to peoples money, do a better service else
