cancelled my policy - yet they go and debit my acc

Despite me asking them not to debit my account as my policy has been cancelled, they go ahead and debit it. Anyway, I called again lastweek to have the debit reversed - they guy said he put through a request and to date, I haven't heard from them regarding the status of this request. Really poor feedback and response time. Also, discovery consultants NEVER make efforts to call you. I wanted a quote on my new vehicle and I clicked the call me option on the site, supp**** my details, and they call me a week later. Pathetic.
