Cancelled my policy long time ago, but they still debit
What on earth is going on with you guys???? Don't you talk to each other???? I cancelled my policy long time ago!!!!! Why do you Debit my account???? I called it in!!! Why do I get email that I won't enjoy the benefits if I cancelled the policy?!?!? Really this is ridiculous!!! This ****es me off!!!

As discussed the premium that is outstanding and is in arrears is for the period 27Oct - 26Nov, during this period you enjoyed cover, debit order raised on th 27Oct.
The debit order was however incorrectly reversed, we have not tried to debit you since then, however we are sending you notification advising of the amount that is outstanding.
You may confirm this information with your bank.
