Cancellations Department Unreachable
I contacted Discovery Insure to have our policy reinstated after being unable to commit to the policy for a few months and was assisted by Clyde whom was very helpful in getting everything sorted out. The premium is due on the first of February 2021 but me and my wife decided to move to another insurer, but have been unable to reach anyone from the cancellations department since the 23rd via the call center, or Clyde whom is off as I'm told by the person now answering the *** number used to initially phone me back on.

30 Jan 2021, 11:12I received a call back from Theo at Discovery the same day, whom promptly went through the steps with me in order to have the policy cancelled, just have to take my vehicles in to get the fitted tracking units removed.
