Cancellation with great service

Outstanding service from Zimkita Sundu from the Retentions department with Discovery Insure. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. If I had not sold my car she would have probably won me over to stay with Discovery she is that good. She gave no pressure or uncomfortable questions pure understanding and seeing me through the cancellation in a very nice way. She organised the cancellation with a pro-rata refund within seconds.
