CANCELLATION STRUGGLE

<p>Hi, i had my car insured with Dicovery Insure for about 3 months, after a while i received a better quote from their competitor and i immediately Discovery to cancel, i spoke with a lady who told me she had cancelled it and will be sending a cancellation letter soon. i waited and waited for this letter but never got it. a few weeks later i started receiving messages that my insurance would be lapsing if i did not make payment. then i received a call to say that my insurance had lapsed which i did not uinderstand because i had cancelled it. the lady told me that she would call m e back with a better offer but she never did, and today i just receieved a message that my inurance had been activated and my account would be debited at the end of August. number 1 i never authorised this. i want it cancelled but it seems noone wants to help me. i called this morning again and i was put on hold for 10 minutes! please assist me as i am just angry with Discovery insure and feeling helpless!</p>
