Cancellation of Policy

I have send a email to make sure that my Insurance policy is cancelled by 30 May 2024 and That no deductions is taken off form my account on the 1 June 2024 . The only email I have received back is from Thando that said she will call me. PLEASE NOTE I DONT WANT A CALL I WANT AN EMAIL THAT STATED. AS OFF 30 MAY 2024 BY POLICY IS CANCELLED. Can You staff do that? OR Is it going to be every day Hallo Peter until it is done?
