Cancellation of non existing policy

I've been waiting for 6 days now for someone from cancellations to call me.<br> I signed up for a policy and cancelled it 5 minutes later before it was even processed.<br> It was still processed and I have called every single day and no one wants to take responsibility.<br> Is there a reason your cancellations department that busy?
