Cancellation of insurance with a great attitude

A sales broker consultant contacted me with regards to an insurance product that she wanted to sell to me, the premium was lower than my current premium (from my current insurer), I said I will contact her following my presentation of theri premium to my current insurer, whom reduced my premium drastically compared to the premium I was paying. I then told the sales consultant and told her that I will not be interested in their product, which was confirmed by an email. just two days thereafter, I received calls and text messages requesting me to book my vehicle for tracker installations and database registration as a member. I spoke to Ms Constance Mashishi who gladly with a great attitude assisted me with the cancellation.
