Cancellation of Insurance Policy
My bank reversed my insurance debit order in error and the reversal notification was ''Not authorised to Debit''. Thank you to the Discovery Insure consultant who explained to me what I need to do to reinstate my policy. The service was efficient and my policy was reinstated within 24 hours.
