Cancellation nightmare

The cancellation experience is something you really need to set time aside for. Prepare to be hung up on, EVEN WHILE SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE. First call: disconnected. Second call: made it to a representative, disconnected while she was taking my information. Third call: somehow redirected to the cancellation department twice and finally got to speak to a representative. I had to reiterate several times that I just needed my policy cancelled, but their script told them to try and make me different offers, insistently.
