Canceled (but not so Canceled) policy
Canceled my policy (or was supposed te be) and the last date of of cover was the 31st of December @ midnight. Yet the policy still shows as active. Trying to call someone to assist 40min holding for an agent (in counting) absolutely the worst insurer out there. Stay far far way. Zero customer service.

Well the update:
1. My policy was not canceled as requested after all and subsequently debited this morning.
2. Trying to call Discovery (not so) insure yet again. Still holding the line.
3. Absolutely the worst insurer out there.
