Cancelation and update on credulous bureau

I am so disappointed with the insurance that I never claimed ever since I was driving from 2011. The premium went to 1390 this year in March. I canceled on email and they ignored it and went to debit 3 times and I had to pay the bank for that. Even after they sent the cancelation email, my credit bureau is still showing them as active. When you don't pay they are so quick to enlist you but take months to clear you when you are not a customer. For a big company like that, it is disappointing. Especially after paying for years with no claim.
