Cancel Impending Policy

Hi,

I took out a policy for my vehcile with you guys two weeks ago. The policy is supposed to begin on the 1st of April. Since then I have found a cheaper insurer and have decided to go with them.

I have been trying for the past weeks to cancel the impending policy with you guys without any luck.

Please can someone look into this urgently so that I don't get debited both by you and my new insurer.
