We have tried to contact you but were unable to reach you. The SMS you received was system-generated, as we are currently in the month-end billing phase.
Your cover remains active until 31 January 2026, and as your debit order date is the 1st of each month, the SMS was triggered automatically. Please be assured that you should not be debited. Should any debit go through on 1 February, it will be refunded.
We will continue to monitor your policy and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
