Cancel debit order & refund me reversal bank fees

Discovery Insure Plan - I have sent you a request to cancel my debit order via e-mail on 26 February 2015 as a result of a breach of your contract. I was not advised that my first instalment would be an inflated fee which put me in bad standing with my bank. March 2015 has resulted in a further amount being put through my account despite my request, after me advising you via e-mail, via your website and further asking on your website that a consultant call me in relation to my query. My request has fallen on deaf ears. The general public should be aware that you are a bunch of ************. You promise people like myself a wonderful product and then rip us off with your dishonesty. Stay clear of this product people. Rather invest you money in a product offered through a reputable organisation.
