Canc my policy & gave notice never received refund

I gave notice in August 2014. Then someone phoned to find out if I will stay with Discovery if they offer me a reduced premium. I said no! A month later they still debt my account. I queried it. The person on the other side said the policy was never cancelled. They will do it now. I insisted someone phones me after listening to the recordings. They never did. I phoned then they said I am due a credit but do not know when I will receive it. Today is the 27 February 2015. I have not received any refund!!!!! Big companies who ***** your money!!!! So much for promised service!!!
