Camera Damage — thank you Desorine & Discovery

I have a number of services with Discovery car and home cover.

A month ago I dropped my Canon Camera and damaged the lens. When I logged the claim I was told I hadn't specified the item so it couldn't be covered for repair. I was surprised and disappointed and explained that I didn't think I was ever told of the need to specify individual items.

Desorine at Discovery said she'd look into the original sales call and if that wasn't made clear, they'd reconsider my claim. To my delight after a few days she wrote back to say that I was right and that they would cover my claim.
