Calm from chaos

After 2 months of trying to recover my excess from a claim that resulted from an accident that was not my fault, I was shunted from pillar to post by Discovery Insure with no answers or effective communication. I was getting extremely frustrated - I was told that my vehicle had not been repaired (which it had), that my claim was not with Discovery Insure (which it was), that my hire car had not been returned (which it had). I was at my wit's end. Once Vanessa was in control of the issue, it was resolved within a few days. Thank you Vanessa for restoring my faith in Discovery Insure and from keeping me from going completely mental!
