Calm emergency response helps resolve situation with reassurance
I had a really good experience with Willie Scholtz who answered my emergency call after my road incident. He calmly provided me with information to assist in resolving my situation and kept calling me back to check on the situation. I was reassured that I would not be left alone to sort out the issues myself.
