Calm assistance in the midst of the storm

I unfortunately don't remember the gentlemans name who assisted me on Friday night but he went above and beyond. My bag was ****** with my car keys in it and he brought such calm to me in the midst of a storm. I was alone had nobody to advise or help me and he thought of things I couldn't have thought of in a state of panic. I didn't even know that discovery will replace my car keys I just thought I'd have either live in fear or do it myself. I want to say Thank you so much. I hope this comment reaches him as his interaction with me should be documented
