Call Recording

I'm still waiting for a call recording that I requested on the 9th of September.

Natanya Williams and her claims manager promised to send it within 48 hours on the 22nd of September. Why is it taking so long? Did you perhaps listen to the call and found that you weren't truthful and now you want to hide it? Makes one wonder.
