Call-out service (Flat battery)

Had a flat battery and called in. First call operator was very nice, but the "system" was down and I had to search for my own plan number. Had to call back and got another operator that was even nicer and more helpful then the previous one(Meshen Chetty). The system wasn't down on his side and he helped me in 2min. Awesome chap!
