Call Centre Interaction

Prince Sibiya was very helpful and friendly in our recent interactions. I do a lot of work through the call centre and have interacted with him a few times. He is always willing to go the extra mile to get a problem sorted. Always a pleasure hearing Prince's voice on the other side.
