Call Centre Efficiency

<p>Kelebogile bezu was one of the best Call Centre agents that I have spoken to in a while or ever, she managed to answer all my questions in a concise and timeous fashion (she actually chased me to go and get my phone assesed for damage so it may be booked in for repairs, or to have the phone collected and booked in for assesments and repairs) <br />she managed the process effectively, professionally. </p> <p>Great work ethic, fantastic work.</p> <p>Thanks Kele :) </p>
