Call centre do not respond to emails - tickets created
Tickets raised do not get actioned I cancelled my home/car insurance in May 2025, I have asked repeatedly for my insurance monthly deductions to be refunded - but I never get a response on tickets raised - and my debit order keeps getting deducted.
