Ordered tag, not delivered, notifed last minute after 3 confirmations. Agent blatently **** as to reason, escalated to supervisor.I insisted on proper followthrough and escalation to PHookie. Please listen all calls, promised delivery Thurs not happen, no follwup Called Vusi, he got Phhokie to call me she denied facts even though recorded, then said deliver Sat , as had magically found tag on Wed, I insisted on details time delivery, again heard nothng back, no delivery.Vusi follwed up told him issue said couldnt help was only following up ????? I take it senior mngt unaware of the rife dishonsty and practice at Discovery Insure<br> Prior incident got requote, Insure failed to live up to a written undertaking just issuing a more expensive one a few months ago, again no escalation, Is management even aware what transpires? **** to on 3 consequetive occassions, I request senior management now investigate the calls this week and enailed quotes prior.
