Shamanie Pillay was extremely helpful in processing my request. Even though the nature of my request was with regards to me terminating my policy with Discovery Insure, she still handled my request professionally and tried to make a plan for me before I decided to continue with the termination. She was calm on the phone and did not try to convince me otherwise when I finally told her that I have made up my mind.
