call center answers and doesnt speak ?
I sent an email on 17/6 at 8:33 and got a ref ***. To date no one has called me, and then I called the call center at 15:52 today and my call was answered - I can hear people talking in the background, but no one talks to me..<br> <br> Is this the service I pay for ?
