I have never received such terrible service from any company as from Discovery Insure. I loaded a claim and all went well. Then a second claim had to be loaded. I received an email that said the claim was registered and they will phone me back. A lady called and said she will make an appointment with the Panel beaters. Nothing happened. All of a sudden I received a payment in my bank account for an amount which was wrong for the first claim and the amount was paid out on the second claim number which I did not even receive a quotation for. I have been phoning for a week every day, every consultant tells me I will be getting back to you. This is now longer than a week and still nothing was sorted out. They just don,t phone back. You don't get feedback or response from them. I have now put in a complaint and received a response back and the consultant that mixed up everything was included in the email. Now I am waiting to hear from them. I if terrible terrible service. Never experience anything like this.
