Bullsh*t service from discovery and their partners
My car had an incident which I reported and discovery said I should take my car in to Re-new It Rivonia. Which I did on the 14th February 2020, with claims administrator Zezethu Mlotha helping. After numerous follow-ups there’s been nothing from Re-new It, nor Andrea McRae the person appointed by them. In fact I have never seen her nor spoken to her at all. And since both Discovery and this company they chose with aren’t telling me much, I went to the Re-new it where I dropped it off (14th February 2020 at 8am). And to my surprise my car isn’t there, and they not even sure where it is. Last I checked they were going to check their Sandton branch and get back to me, obviously they did no such thing. I emailed Zezethu that finding and she hasn’t responded to my email nor updated me. Her last update was telling me something I already knew because I had followed it up myself. What exactly are we paying for if Discovery is going to rave about customer service of which they have none, when it comes to it. Oh and 10 days later they have not even touched my car. So why exactly was I told to bring it in, if it won’t be touched, considering at the end of this week I have to return this car that was organized for me. How does does it take to panelbeat a car and if it was gonna take this long, why didn’t you just asked me to find a panelbeater, who would actually panelbeat?

So I got a response via a phone call from Andrea McRae of Renew-It Rivonia. And according to her, the delay is as a result of Discovery not authorizing something which was an additional. This was at 11:36am. She was gonna call discovery and get back to me before the day is up. It is now 17:17pm. Yet again your service provider is giving me terrible service. And there is still no estimated time of return of my car.
