Building claim on my burst geyser

Professional, friendly, no unnecessary trick questions and really fast considering all relevant information needed from me as proof to Discovery Insure, and Claims department authorizing my claim.

I phoned Discovery Insure Friday morning, started working with Eugenia Chauke. I provided all evidence and paper work on Saturday, Monday morning my claim was brought forward, I signed there agreement of loss paper and Tuesday I got confirmation that my claim has been requested and will reflect in three working days.
