Building claim

Muimeleli Nikita Rambuda has been incredible in supporting me on a claim. He was not the claims handler but took his time to investigate a matter and went the extra mile to ensure I get the feedback i was after. Our call eventually got disconnected but i had such appreciation for his attitude and wanting to solve the problem for me.
