Building claim

<p>I had roof leaks in my house after a severe storm (more than 100mm in an afternoon). Ceiling and cupboards were damaged, and obviously something is wrong with the roof. The lack of feedback has been terrible. The number I was given never works. It has been weeks since the incedent.</p> <p>This is the total opposite of the service I received from the house contents division.</p> <p>How can the service in one company be so different?</p>
