Broken Promises
Broken promises. I strongly recommend everyone to find another car insurance company because I’ve been having a terrible experience with DI. I had a car accident on the 2 Feb 2023 and my claim is still not done. My car is still be repaired by the panel beaters called Super Body Repairs. Also I am owed 2 days for a courtesy car which I pay for R1000 p/m so I’m getting no replies. They just take so long to give answers - DI only really cares about your premiums and not your life and wellbeing.

18 Mar 2023, 06:06And now that I wrote a bad review on hello Peter now only they will make my claim urgent. They only care about their reputation. I just want an ETA when I’m getting my car back. I am paying R4700 for my car and R1000 for insurance and I don’t even have a car. Also their DQ tracker doesn’t work. They claimed that because I had two phones connected they couldn’t call me or send emergency services when I made the accident. They DEFINITELY should have called both numbers then. What if I die on scene or in fatal conditions ALONE in my car - I can’t count on DI to save my life. I am cancelling when my claim is complete.
