Broken Bedroom TV

My TV just stopped working at 9pm, TV was on but no picture. Wife wanted to **** me like it's my fault. I called Discovery and Bianca Petersen was my claim person. She was so helpful, friendly and I can't say enough good things about her personality. She should be in your management, that's how professional and good she was. Thanks again Bianca, my wife is now speaking to me again. I wish all businesses in South Africa could take a leaf out of Discovery's hospitality book.
