Broke Down

My wife and I were off to Margate for holiday and decided to leave extra early on Friday 4 March. Lo and behold 7km away from home our car breaks down on the side of the highway by Buccleuch at 03h00.<br> <br> We phoned for roadside assistance and we were dealt with straight away. Unfortunately I can not remember the call centre agents name but he was outstanding.<br> <br> He dispatched a tow truck to help us out (the tow truck arrived in about 25 minutes) and called back 4 times to make sure we were ok and that we got home safely.<br> <br> Thank you Discovery Insure and to your call centre agent for the fast, friendly and amazing service we received. We felt safe and secure knowing we were in your hands and now know why we were pointed in your direction by my broker. With the service we received we will be long standing clients without a doubt.<br> <br> We manged to eventually leave Midrand by 09h00 once the dealership fixed our car and still enjoyed our holiday.
