Brilliant Service consistently

I logged a claim for an issue with my pool. The claim handler who assisted me was Darren Okkers. A really wonderful, enthusiastic and really client driven individual. I had an issue with the service provider issued, Darren took full control of the situation and never failed to provide me with feedback timeously. I would like to thank Darren on his great mannerisms and perfect attitude. Darren you really are amazingly awesome, I appreciate all your help and wonderful service.
