Brilliant service

Cheslyn Hayman provided the best service I have experienced from any company in a long, long time! My claim was sorted out in less than an hour and I am sure if I had signed and sent in the settlement form on the same day payment would have been processed yesterday already. As it is I sent in the form this morning (7/11/2019) and within half an hour I received confirmation that the payment had been processed. It is stressful having things ****** (my spare wheel was ****** off my Hilux, despite having fitted a lock on it) but that stress is reduced drastically when your insurer does not hesitate to pay your claim! No way I will move my insurance elsewhere! Well done Francois and your team.
