Brilliant service agent - Shamanie Naidoo (Discovery Insure)

After experiencing utter frustration with Discovery Insure, I decided to cancel my policy. It's not just a matter of cancelling though. To cancel a policy, you have to talk to the RETENTIONS department! After an initial bad start, a service agent by the name of Shamanie Naidoo took over and turned the entire bad interaction around for me with her calm, empathetic, understanding and helpful attitude.
