My geyser bursts three conservative months and my home content were destroyed.

I want to thank Sandile Mbatha for the calmness and how he handled those claims through out the process . Even though sometime I lost my temper but he remained focus and keep on updating me daily on a daily basis on the claims.

If he was working for my department , I would have promoted him or give some good reward.

Discovery insure staff are normally bad and you get stressed if you have to deal with them .. It was the first time I dealt with such a manager material person.
